Quality finishes

All apartments will have top quality finishes such as tiled and parquet floors, bathrooms with sanitary ware from Gala, Roca. The heating system will work through FEDA ECOTERM, and will be by means of underfloor heating. State-of-the-art video intercom installations in all flats, and fibre optic cabling. The kitchen will be by Santos, Leicht or similar. It will be equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and extractor hood, all mid-range from Balay or similar.

FUNDAMENTALS

The foundations will be of slab-type reinforced concrete.

STRUCTURE

A structure of pillars (square and round) and reinforced concrete slabs is planned. Both the sloping roof and the flat roof will be made of reinforced concrete.

COVERS

The sloping roof will be made of good quality Galician slate. Cutting irons will be placed, before placing them, they will be painted with a layer of mini and two of slate enamel. WATERPROOFING AND THERMAL AND ACOUSTIC INSULATION

Interior finishes will be divided into public areas and homes.

For public areas, all the vertical walls of the accesses and communal areas on the ground floor will be finished with noble materials such as ceramics, wood, etc ... and on the other floors with pine trees; the horizontal facings will be a false plasterboard ceiling, except for the entrance hall, which will be made of some type of metal or wooden slats.

Part of the parking lot will be painted vertical siding. All squares and storage rooms will be numbered with paint.

Inside the floors, the vertical cladding will be painted on all the walls except the bathroom and kitchen walls. The bathrooms will be made with tiles at full height and with the possibility of making a wall with a finish with Sikkens Magura type paint. The kitchen will return the workbench material (Neolith, dekton or similar) to the lower area of ??the high furniture.

PAVEMENTS

The pavement of the common areas will be ceramic and on the outside it will also be ceramic but 20 mm thick and "todo massa" from the Alcalagres house or similar.

As for the pavement of the car park, it will be made of concrete with a rough finish and painted parking lines and the number of parking spaces.

Inside the floors, the horizontal cladding will be with flat ceilings and paint on the ceiling, and on the floor there will be a combination of tiles in the wet areas and imitation wood parquet in the rest of the floor. Synthetic parquet will be resistant to AC5 abrasion.

PRACTICAL ENCLOSURES AND DIVISIONS

All exterior carpentry will be prepared for possible wind gusts and will meet the thermal needs of the building. The exterior carpentry will be made of aluminum, with a thermal break, just like the glass, which will be triple, with two air chambers, the set will meet the current thermal requirements.
